I feel like that desserts let this feast down, they are too similar and no hot option. The staff were friendly and attentive. I then opted for beef and asked for it to be well done in which another drawer was opened and I advised which part I would like. Food was lovely, service a little slow but was very busy. We had the most wonderful time at The Ned for the Sunday feast as a Mothers Day treat! Ned The original verdite columns on the ground floor are used to separate the restaurant spaces, while downstairs youll find a private cocktail bar in the space which once housed Midland Banks vault, accessed through a giant steel door. Amazing atmosphere with a band playing in the centre and attentive staff making the whole experience unreal, Welcoming and friendly service from the waiters and at reception. only thing i can fault is the selection of dessert also we noticed over the other side there was more desserts then what we was offered so was a shame we couldn't try them but we will always come back to try that side next time. I am pretty sure even if you are a one man bartender at that time, you could smile and say i will be with you in a sec than taking a sideway glance and then ignore. The hotel itself is beautiful and the greeting from the doorman is polite, friendly and welcoming. Thinking of getting a membership? WebThe Ned, London: "Is there a dress code for Sunday feast ?" The music was too loud for dinner time. Please be advised bookings cannot be made for drinks only. The feast manager was excellent, as was the assistant manager, we had a small issue and they resolved this to a high standard. Everything including service and atmosphere was exceptional, I truly don't think this place can be matched in London . The food was hit and miss, some of the items were perfection, while others were a real big miss, with very little seasoning. Fabulous atmosphere , faultless service , wonderful music but the feast is quite pricy . The actual lobster were average at best, and the other salads needed dressings, or overall seasoning. Would be great to have quieter sections available to those who prefer good conversation with their meal. Nick Jones, founder of Soho House & Co, fell in love with the space and set about transforming it in partnership with Andrew Zobler, the CEO of New York's Sydell Group. The desserts too were incredible. There are a total of eight restaurants at The Ned that are open to the public, as well as two bars. Hugely overpriced for the experience. Great food, atmosphere and staff. The Ned's approach has been two-fold. Their lobster was hard and has no taste. Only issue was the chicken was a bit pink for us. As for dessert, wed recommend the coconut marshmallow ice cream.
